It increased the capacity of the solution due to its huge success
and therefore acquired ECT's effECTive®
Service Number Suite in 2003. Completel is offering its customer
an extranet allowing them to administer the routing of their calls,
agents groups and planning online via Internet.
Completel is the business customer carrier for telecom services and
Internet hosting in France. In 2001, Completel chose ECT’s technology
to enhance its 800 services. ECT implemented a fully redundant and
carrier grade service node that enables Completel to anticipate its
growth, while having a quick return on investment.
Completel is offering its customer an extranet allowing them to administer
the routing of their calls, agents groups and planning online via
Internet.
In April 2003, Completel had to increase the capacity of the solution
due to its success and also acquired ECT's effECTive®
Service Number Suite to answer several large tenders for major
business accounts in France and respond to their customers' specific
needs.
