Service Number Suite

features and functionalities, and target specifically Polish service
number business customers. Interactive Routing is fully IVR-based
and leads callers through a series of questions before routing a
call to its proper destination, while scheduled routing allows customers
to route calls on the basis of various pre-defined criteria (e.g.,
call origin, time).
