Softswitches and Prepaid Services Application for over 300 E1 lines
in one installation in Frankfurt.
Mox Telecom, which provides numerous services in the fixed-line and
mobile segments, has been among the ECT Group’s most loyal and
longest-standing customers. By offering innovative calling-card products
that are based on ECT technology, Mox Telecom entrenched itself as
the leader in this segment from the beginning. The partnership between
Mox Telecom and the ECT Group originated in 1999, when Mox Telecom
was looking to add a switching server. At the time, Mox opted for
the ECT-developed AutoCarrier®
softswitch and the corresponding prepaid calling-card applications.
Due to the outstanding performance of the ECT Group’s solutions,
simple management and around-the-clock service support, the two partners
consistently expanded and intensified their cooperation over the years
by implementing additional installations. After starting with 28 E1
lines, Mox Telecom now operates hundreds of lines, making it an excellent
example for the ECT Group’s „Pay as you go - Pay as you
grow“ philosophy, which is rooted in modular system expansion.
