Responsibilities

  • Liaise with engineers from our agile development squads and subject matter experts to establish technical parameters and requirements.
  • Develop contextual online help during agile development cycles, coordinating with software engineers to obtain the in-depth understanding required.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, appropriateness and consistency of online help.
  • Write updates and revisions.
  • Manage translations of online help and user interfaces.
  • Generate PDF documents from online help
  • Manage third-party writers and translators

Your Profile

  • Native speaker of English or excellent writing skills in English
  • 3+ years of experience writing online help for enterprise software products, preferably in the area of telecommunications
  • Expert knowledge of and experience in using structured Adobe FrameMaker.
  • Knowledge of graphics editing
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in an agile environment
