For our customers to be part of this evolution, we need clear, succinct communication, so we are now adding an internal Marketing Department to ECT, tasked with being the voice that defines our brand, our company, our services and, more importantly, our people.
As is expected of ECT, the Marketing Department consists of expert content creators and strategists from different parts of the world that bring their unique experiences and perspectives to our company, to help us deliver the all-encompassing solutions our customers demand for their services worldwide.
Our Marketing Department is also in charge of developing innovative ways to reach new audiences and to shorten the gap between our ideas and our customers’ needs; preserving the essence of ECT while breaking new ground and evolving; looking after our offerings and their relevance in the market; improving our response to the market’s needs by exploring new channels of interaction between our clients and our experts; and of creating a global marketing strategy for the constant evolution of the company and its industry.
