I am happy to announce that ECT will be at this year’s Africa Com in Cape Town, South Africa, from November 17-19. Actually, I am really excited that we will be attending this show. In terms of importance, I consider it to be the African equivalent of the Mobile World Congress (We’ll be there too but that’s a different story).
All major players from the South African market and the whole region will be there, including Orange, MTN, Safaricom, airtel and so on. We’re happy to meet and greet them at our booth in hall 4, booth F30. Our presence there is part of the French pavilion and we benefit from the excellent French-South African connections to develop business.
Operators Need Reliable Solutions
I am actually convinced there is good business for ECT in South Africa and in this entire region as the markets are very dynamic. People there want to communicate, they want to talk to each other and want to get in touch with organizations. In order to be able to satisfy this customer demand, operators need reliable solutions that are easy to deploy, easy to use and offer a business case that promises commercial success. At ECT, we have a proven track record of these things with our tried-and-true solutions. Operators there need virtualized solutions with a powerful service creation environment for their value-added services. This is exactly what we offer them. We provide complete solutions for cloud-based contact centers, virtual PBX, cloud-based IVR, all running on our multi-tenant application server that enables operators to service an entire region, covering multiple time zones, currencies and languages. This is what this market demands.
Visit us in Cape Town to find out more, I am looking forward to meet as many people there as possible and show them how they and their subscribers benefit from ECT technology. See you in Cape Town.
