Robert Mumby, Seasoned Expert in CPaaS and Low-Code Technologies, Joins ECT as Vice President of Sales for North America

• After serving as Director, VP, CSO and founder in start-ups and multi-billion-dollar organizations in the areas of CPaaS and low code, Mumby will spearhead ECT’s market introduction of Telecoms Low Code into the North American market.

• Mumby is responsible for ECT’s sales and service strategy for the region and will be assembling his own expert team as ECT expands its US subsidiary in 2023 and beyond.

Munich, November 2nd, 2022 - European Computer Telecoms AG (ECT), provider of Telecoms Low Code and agile co-development for CSPs, has appointed Robert Mumby as Vice President of Sales for North America.

Mumby has worked in the telecoms industry for more than 20 years, with a particular emphasis on business development, profit-margin management, and sales. Most recently, he has focused on providing, selling, and nurturing communication platforms as a service (CPaaS).
"I'm looking forward to working with such an innovative group of people," said Mumby. "Telecoms are currently going through a transformational process and I believe our Telecoms Low Code will help our customers get the most out of every new opportunity that comes their way."
Before joining ECT, Mumby was Chief Sales Officer for Pareteum Corporation. He has also served as Director of Global Connectivity and Business Development for Twilio, and as Vice President at Peerless Network, where he drove partner and market expansion internationally. Mumby is also the founder of his own start-up company, which is focused on providing communication platforms as a service (CPaaS).
Mumby will be planning the sales strategy for the market introduction of ECT’s Telecoms Low Code in North America and will put together how won local team as ECT continues to expand its presence in the US.
